Adellgene® product line
The Adellgene product line of BDR offers CE-IVD marked solutions for the diagnosis of Triplet Repeat Disorders by fragment analysis. This technology, where DNA is amplified by conventional PCR and separated by capillary electrophoresis, allows to quantify the number of triplet repeats in a DNA sample to detect and classify these specific genetic disorders. This product line is focused on rare diseases, such as the Fragile X syndrome, Friedreich’s Ataxia disorder, Myotonic Dystrophy, Spinocerebellar Ataxia disorder and Huntington disease.
Genvinset® product line
The Genvinset product line of BDR offers CE-IVD kits for the detection of several specific target genes, based on qPCR technology. These include the detection of SNPs that are related to genetic disorders in genes such as CFTR, Factor V, PAI-1, MTHFR among others.
