Frozen human leukopak fraction in acid citrate dextrose (ACD) solution A - male donor
Frozen human leukopak fraction containing total mononuclear cells, from a male donor, supplied in a blood bag containing acid citrate dextrose, solution A (ACD-A). The leukapheresate comes from a healthy donor aged between 18-66. Donors are screened and tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and C, HTLV I/II and Syphilis. Frozen leukopaks are cryopreserved in CryoStor® CS10 medium using a controlled rate freezing method. This product contains at least 1 billion mononuclear cells with a post-thaw viability >90%. This product has been batch-tested negative for bacteria and mycoplasma by PCR. These products are for use in Biomedical Research only. They are not to be used for any form of human treatment, or for any purpose that is prohibited by law, including any use for human reproductive cloning.
