Rabbit anti Rat CXCL1 antibody recognizes rat CXCL1 also known as GRO1 and CINC-1, an ~8 kDa cytokine which promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation and is expressed predominantly by monocytes after activation, but is also expressed by fibroblasts, endothelial cells, synovial cells and several tumour cell lines.
