Stimulates the proliferation of early hematopoietic cells by activating FLT3. Synergizes well with a number of other colony stimulating factors and interleukins. (www.uniprot.org) Produced in E.coli. Non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain, 155 amino acids. The ED50, calculated by the dose-dependant stimulation of the proliferation of human AML5 cells <1.0 ng/ml.
