Product description
EBS-O-175 reacts with human TNF-alpha and not with mouse TNF-alpha. This antibody neutralises Hu rTNFa mediated cytotoxicity of L929 cells and inhibits tumor growth in mice. It protects mice against toxicity of Hu rTNFa.
Positive control: HeLa, HL-60, or A431 cells. Macrophages in lymph node or tonsil.
