Each vial contains 200 µg of lyophilized peptide corresponding to amino acids 92-105 of NAD+-dependent 15-hydroxy prostaglandin dehydrogenase (15-PGDH) sequence (AGVNNEKNWEKTLQ).{387} This peptide was used as an antigen for production of the Cayman’s 15-PGDH Polyclonal Antibody (Item No. 160615) and can be used in conjunction with this antibody to block protein-antibody complex formation during immunohistochemical analysis for 15-PGDH.
