Necrostatin-2
Necrostatin-2 is a potent inhibitor of necroptosis with an EC50 of 50 nM in Jurkat T cells deficient of Fas-associated protein with death domain (FADD) and treated with TNF-?.{20737} It is approximately 4-fold more active than the (S)-enantiomer (EC50 = 230 nM).
